Not only kids should have the opportunity to experience the many sports of Gymnastics, so in 2025, here is your opportunity to do just that… come along and join our “Adult athletes” here at Gymsports.

Ballarat Gymsports Adults classes are for those 18 years and over… so there is no issue of some youngin taking the mickey out of you whilst you learn that new skill or sharpen those long lost skills of your youth.

So if you have either never done gymnastics before, or are wanting to return to the sport, we have a number of newbies training side by side with some returning gymnasts who train and compete at events such as the Veterans or Masters, or simply come along for the social aspect and to keep fit.

Our coaches will ensure you receive the best tuition and advice available during the session to assist with your uptake and refinement of skills being learnt and to ensure your safety is being taken care of.

Also the most important aspect of these classes is to participate, be social, enjoy and have fun… let the rest come naturally! Who knows, you might even like to compete in the Masters events…

Gymsports Adult Sessions are Casual attendance, so no commitments or lock in contracts!

Enrolment Note:

Whilst there is no commitment to book in, we strongly recommend it to ensure you are contacted if the session gets cancelled for some reason.

Existing members can also choose to re-enrol via their family portal site.

Fees Note:

Our fees are based on a single session. If you are interested in purchasing a “block” card, which discounts the per session rate, please speak to reception.

Gymnastics Victoria Registration and Insurance fees (GfA) are strongly encouraged. Ask at reception for more details.
